Please read the Agreement carefully before using BluWyre’s websites, applications, digital services, or consulting programs. By continuing, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any BluWyre Network website, platform, digital service, subscription, or consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
2. User Representations & Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old, provide truthful information, and not access services with fraudulent intent. Misuse, false information, or fraud may result in account termination and legal action.
3. Description of Services
BluWyre provides digital services, consulting, subscriptions, and business solutions. Services may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.
4. Payment, Billing & Subscriptions
By purchasing a service, you authorize recurring billing unless canceled. Prices and terms may change. Users must contact BluWyre before initiating chargebacks. Fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension or legal action.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
Refunds and cancellations follow BluWyre’s Refund & Returns Policy. Missed consultations may forfeit fees.
6. Intellectual Property Ownership
All materials, tools, training, digital products, and branding belong exclusively to BluWyre. Users may not copy, share, resell, or claim ownership of BluWyre assets. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
7. Privacy & Data Use
Data is collected and processed according to BluWyre’s Privacy Policy. By using the platform, users consent to data collection for service delivery and communication. BluWyre does not sell user information.
8. No Guarantees / Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided 'as-is' without guarantees. No specific business results are promised. Users assume all risk when implementing recommendations.
9. Limitation of Liability
BluWyre is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the service fee paid.
10. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold BluWyre harmless from any claims arising from misuse of services, violations of the Agreement, fraud, or disputes caused by user actions.
11. Fraud, Abuse & Misrepresentation
BluWyre may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud or abuse. False accusations or attempts to damage the company's reputation may result in legal action.
12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Disputes must first be addressed with BluWyre Support. If unresolved, cases will be handled in small claims court in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Class-action participation is waived.
13. Electronic Consent
By clicking 'I Agree' or using the platform, users consent to electronic signatures and electronic records.
14. Acceptance of Terms
Continued use of BluWyre services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
