Refunds & Chargebacks

  • We offer a full refund on business services that have not been rendered or completed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.

Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel a service before it has been provided, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling

  • Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule a service.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date and time.

Services are delivered digitally. Initial consultation or service onboarding typically begins within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Project timelines vary depending on the scope of work and are agreed upon with the client prior to project commencement.

BluWyre provides professional services and digital deliverables. No physical goods are shipped.

Clients are encouraged to contact BluWyre support directly for any billing or service concerns before initiating a chargeback. Our team works promptly with customers to resolve issues and provide appropriate refunds or adjustments when applicable.
